I am starting up a company in Mongolia teaching practical business courses. A lot of people here run a initially succesfull company, but lack the skills to manage growth, increased competition, customer satisfaction, etc.

I am currently writing a CRM course, and I am looking for software that has build-in queries that provide market segmentation, trends and other figures with the click of a button, and has a data-base that allows to input the results of surveys and combines these results with other customer data.
